Positive Education; Leading by Example To practise wellbeing, our College has introduced a weekly lunchtime Yoga Practice for staff to improve mental and physical health. Participating teachers have given some feedback to Mr Mr. Teerawat Nantiyakul, our Science/Physics teacher who is a certified Yoga Instructor.

A Trip to the Movies That’s Good for the Soul With the stringent social distancing policies and special school arrangement in place, it has been a hard time arranging activities outside school, and yet the English Department has made it happen - a private screening of the latest Pixar hit, filling our empty Soul.

On 25th January, five of our schoolmates visited the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Headquarters to attend the Dialogue with Women CEOs Program, organized by CUHK Business School.

The talk featured three influential leaders in the business field: Ms. Diana Cesar, Chief Executive, Hong Kong, HSBC; Ms. Amy Lo, Country Head & Chief Executive, Hong Kong and Group Managing Director, UBS; and Mrs. Ann Kung, Deputy Chief Executive, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

These inspiring women empowered with us their keys to success, as well as their passion and experience in the sector. Enlightened by the speakers, we believe that chance favors the prepared mind. Even though they are renowned leaders in the field, they are very humble, open to different opinions and innovations, and are always ready to accept new challenges. We broadened our horizons through the inspirational sharing of the real-life successes and challenges these prestigious leaders face in their work.
